Cantores desejam ampliar sua base de fãs
Os integrantes do One Direction revelaram desejar ter mais fãs masculinos.
Os cantores gostariam de ver mais garotos na multidão em suas apresentações ao vivo, numa tentativa de ampliar uma base de fãs dominada por meninas.
"Queremos ver mais garotos entre os fãs, vê-los no público é legal", disse Niall Horan ao blog Storyboard.
"90% são meninas, mas queremos expandir a nossa base de fãs. Queremos que todas as pessoas gostem de nós".
Perguntado sobre a atenção dispensada pelas fãs, Liam Payne respondeu: "É muito agradável, obviamente, porque podemos ver o quanto elas se importam conosco. Só esperamos que elas chorem lágrimas de alegria!"
O britânico também falou sobre a fama e a dedicação dos admiradores:
"Nenhum de nós poderia ter imaginado isto há dois anos. Acho que ninguém poderia ter previsto isto, para ser honesto. Penso que não há nada de difícil em relação ao fato de termos uma base de fãs dedicada. Na verdade, é muito bom saber que existem pessoas que amam o que fazemos, já que nos esforçamos muito. Obviamente, existe a pressão para não decepcioná-los".
Atualmente, o One Direction está trabalhando em seu segundo álbum de estúdio, que deve ser lançado ainda em 2012.
